Elegant Sashiko complements contemporary or classic décor.
Our designs are built for three basic stages of craftsperson!
Inspired by nature, designed with YOU in mind: it’s not just a slogan, it’s a philosophy that permeates every level of Laura’s teaching. And what’s more, because these designs are inspired by nature, they’re lovely and useful as well as instructive. You can feel assured that while you’re learning a brand-new (to you) technique, the project you’re so lovingly preparing makes for an excellent gift – but by the time you’re done you might not want to give it away!
Laura’s years of experience and her personal commitment to making the craft accessible and approachable translate into great benefits for you.

Making it “stick” is one of the biggest challenges any craftsperson faces when trying to learn new techniques. After all, what good is learning something if it doesn’t stay with you?
That’s why Laura developed The Four-Patch to Success: she knows she can’t teach everywhere at once, so she made a system that you can bring into your own home. Grow your skills and succeed with Laura’s Home!
Laura knows what it takes to learn a new technique, to practice it and absorb it.
